Et Libros is an online magazine for people who want to understand better the Christian life and has grown to include a publishing house. When the Apostle Paul was awaiting his execution in prison, he wrote to Timothy:
Bring the cloak that I left with Carpus at Troas when you come—and the books, especially the parchments.
Even as he awaited his death, he wanted to study the Word of God. The parchments were probably copies of the Bible and were valued “above all,” but Paul also wanted “the books,” which may have been commentary on the Bible.
“Et libros” is the Latin Vulgate translation for “and the books,” so we dedicate this site to Paul’s dying wish to study further.
